Roger Etchells and Company is a partnership of Roger Etchells and Richard Tilbrook, both of whom are Chartered Surveyors.

The firm was established in 1981 in Birmingham and is now based in Ashby de la Zouch, in North West Leicestershire to better serve a local and national client base.

We provide personal attention at partner level on a broad range of services including the acquisition and disposal of commercial property, rent reviews and lease renewals, valuations, planning and licensing, business rates and property management. Over the years we have acted for a range of local and national clients ranging from individuals to major public companies.

Since we provide a full commercial property service our many smaller clients treat us as their "property department" handling all day-to-day property problems whilst others instruct us on particular projects and specialisms.
