Roger Etchells & Company was established in Birmingham in 1981 and moved to Ashby de la Zouch in Leicestershire in 2004 to better serve its local and national clients.

Effective 1st July 2018, Roger Etchells has retired from the firm but retains a consultant role. Richard Tilbrook, a chartered surveyor and registered valuer, continues in his role providing personal attention at director level for all clients.

We deal with the sale, letting and acquisition of commercial property, rent reviews and lease renewals, valuations, planning and licensing, business rates and property management.

Over the years we have acted for a range of local and national clients ranging from individuals to major public companies. We know the local property scene well but operate nationwide.
